PalmStarz is 18+ only. Be respectful, be consensual, and follow the law and these rules.

Allowed (examples)

• Adult nudity and erotic content between consenting adults.
• Bare chests/nipples and nipple play are allowed where lawful and compliant with these rules.
• Kink/fetish content that is consensual and does not depict real harm.

Not Allowed

• Minors (real or simulated), age-ambiguous depictions, or any suggestion someone is under 18.
• Non-consensual content, sexual assault, coercion, blackmail, hidden cameras, or “revenge porn”.
• Explicit sexual acts including graphic sexual intercourse or sexually explicit acts.
• Genitalia-focused images or videos (close-up/fetishized presentation of genitals).
• Penetration, masturbation, or bodily fluids (depicted or described as the focus).
• Trafficking/facilitation of prostitution or illegal commercial sex acts; recruitment or procurement; off-platform solicitation for sexual services.
• Deepfakes/face-swaps or synthetic sexual imagery of a real person without that person’s documented consent.
• Real-world violence/serious harm, bestiality, incest, necrophilia, or weapons used to injure.
• Illegal drugs in possession or use; instructions to obtain/use illegal drugs.
• Harassment & hate: targeted harassment, threats, hateful slurs, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Doxxing & privacy: posting someone’s private or identifying info without consent.
• Self-harm: content that promotes or instructs self-harm or suicide.
• Copyright/IP violations, scams, malware, spam, or other unlawful content.

Creator Requirements

• All persons depicted in nudity/sexual contexts are 18+ and provided informed consent to be recorded and distributed on Palmstarz.com.
• You have the rights to the content and will provide proof of age/consent upon request.
• If content includes “actual sexually explicit conduct” under U.S. law, you (or the primary producer) maintain 18 U.S.C. §2257/2257A records and required notices.
• Clearly label fantasy/role-play; never imply under-18; avoid age-suggestive tropes that could imply a minor.

Age-Verification & Local Laws

We may require age-verification to access some or all features and may apply geoblocking where required by local law. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.

Reporting, Appeals & Strikes

• Use “Report” tools or contact support to flag violations. Apparent CSAM is reported to NCMEC as required by law.
• We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts. Repeat copyright infringers are terminated.
• Appeal by replying to the takedown email or contacting support with context and any evidence. Egregious violations may not be appealable.
