Report Abuse

If you need to report harmful behavior, banned content, harassment, impersonation, non-consensual material, copyright abuse, suspected CSAM, exploitation, threats, scams, fake Starz or Member accounts, or anything that violates PalmStarz rules, use this page to contact us directly.

Important: If there is an immediate danger, threat of violence, exploitation, medical emergency, or active safety situation, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first. Websites are useful. They are not Batman.

What You Can Report

Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
Non-consensual intimate content, revenge content, hidden-camera content, or coercion.
Content involving minors, suspected minors, minor-coded adult content, or sexualized age regression.
Suspected CSAM, child exploitation material, trafficking, or exploitation.
Impersonation, fake Starz accounts, fake Member accounts, stolen identity, or profile misuse.
Scams, spam, phishing, malware, fraud, payment abuse, or suspicious behavior.
Copyright violations, stolen Starz content, reposted media, or unauthorized product use.
Doxxing, private information exposure, blackmail, extortion, or off-platform pressure.
Content that violates PalmStarz Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or A-Z Vault restrictions.

What To Include

Please include as much detail as possible so we can actually investigate instead of staring at a vague complaint like it’s a cursed treasure map.

Your name and email address.
The username, Starz profile link, Member profile link, product link, post link, or page involved.
A clear description of what happened.
Links, screenshots, dates, order numbers, message details, or other helpful information.
Whether you are directly involved or reporting on behalf of someone else.
For urgent abuse or suspected CSAM, clearly say that in the first line of the message.

Urgent Reports

Use the urgent option for suspected CSAM, exploitation, credible threats, active coercion, or serious safety concerns that need faster review.

False Reports

Do not use reports to harass users, punish Starz, settle grudges, or attack content you simply dislike. The report button is not a tiny legal trebuchet.

How Reports Are Reviewed

PalmStarz may review reported content, profiles, products, messages, requests, uploads, account activity, and related information. We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant records, contact involved users, deny requests, suspend users, or take other action when needed.

Reports involving suspected illegal content, exploitation, CSAM, credible threats, or other serious safety concerns may be escalated to appropriate reporting channels or authorities where required.

Submit a Report Urgent Abuse / CSAM Report Community Guidelines

General abuse reports should use the standard report option when possible. Urgent reports involving suspected CSAM, exploitation, credible threats, or immediate safety concerns should use the urgent option.
